Pastor Micah Kahlil Dial (PM) is a devoted servant of God who has been on a faith journey since the age of seven when he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at Greenforest Community Baptist Church in Decatur, GA. Under the guidance of the late Rev. Dr. Steven N. Dial, Sr., Pastor Emeritus of Rainbow Park Baptist Church, Pastor Micah was licensed to preach the Word of God.
In November of 2023, PM was ordained into The Gospel Ministry. On December 3, 2023, the members of The Park unanimously elected Reverend Micah K. Dial as their next Senior Pastor.
Pastor Micah's commitment to his faith is complemented by his pursuit of knowledge and personal growth. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miles College in Birmingham, Alabama and is currently a Master of Arts in Ministry seminary student at Luther Rice College & Seminary in Lithonia, GA, where he follows in the footsteps of his father, Dr. Steven Dial Sr.
Pastor Micah is not only a spiritual leader but also a certified Christian Life Coach recognized by the National Association of Christian Counselors and a member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team. His commitment to community and social justice is evident through his lifetime memberships in the Miles College Alumni Association, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, and DeKalb County, GA NAACP.
With a heart for missions that began in high school, Pastor Micah has embarked on five overseas mission trips spanning four countries. Pastor Micah firmly believes in the inerrancy of scripture, the triune God, and the lordship of Jesus Christ. His passion for serving God's people and witnessing the transformative power of His love is evident in everything he does.
Pastor Micah strives to live by two key scriptures:
1 Corinthians 13:13, And now abide faith, hope, love these three; but the greatest of these is love.
Micah 6:8, He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the Lord require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?
