There are 4 fast option to choose from: 1. Full Fast (Liquid Only) 2. Partial Fast (Liquid Only 6am-6pm; 1 Meal In The Evening) 3. Daniel Fast (Fruits & Vegetables) 4. Custom Fast (Based On Your Vices)
