Pastor Emeritus
Rev. Dr. Steven N. Dial, Sr. faithfully served as Senior Pastor of Rainbow Park Baptist Church for 16 years. His ministry was a labor of love—rooted in faith in Jesus Christ, a commitment to God’s Word, and a deep love for the people entrusted to his care.
Alongside his wife, Lady Robin Dial, he poured his life into the ministry of The Park. His legacy lives on in the people he encouraged, the faith he helped nurture, and the family and church he loved. We honor not only his years of leadership, but also the lasting example of a life devoted to serving God and others.
On August 16, 2023, Pastor Dial transitioned from this life, leaving a legacy that remains woven into the heart of Rainbow Park Baptist Church. Today, as his son, Rev. Micah K. Dial, serves as Senior Pastor, The Park continues forward with gratitude for the foundation of faith and service that Pastor Steven Dial helped build. His legacy also lives on through his oldest son, Steven Dial II, who serves as a news anchor in Dallas, Texas.

The Rev. Steven Dial Cancer Foundation honors Pastor Dial’s memory by extending hope and support to those impacted by cancer. Through its work, his legacy of compassion continues to reach beyond the walls of the church.

A Continuing Legacy of Love and Faithfulness
Lady Robin Dial faithfully served alongside her husband, Rev. Dr. Steven N. Dial, Sr., throughout his 16 years as Senior Pastor of Rainbow Park Baptist Church and for many years in ministry before that. Her steadfast love, prayers, and dedication have been an enduring part of their shared ministry and the life of The Park.
As First Lady Emerita, Lady Robin remains a cherished presence in our church family. Her years of service reflect a heart devoted to God, a deep love for His people, and a commitment to supporting the work of ministry across generations.
She continues to lovingly support Pastor Micah Dial and Lady Aleyah Dial as they lead and serve Rainbow Park Baptist Church. Through her encouragement, wisdom, and faithful presence, she helps connect the treasured legacy of yesterday with the ministry God is continuing today.
We honor Lady Robin for the years she has given, the love she continues to share, and the beautiful example of faithfulness she offers our church family.
